FKIP UHAMKA bekerjasama dengan P4TK Penjas dan BK, melaksanakan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah, Tahun 2019 dan Tahun 2020,

Pada Tahun 2019, FKIP UHAMKA bekerjasama dengan P4TK Penjas dan BK, melaksanakan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah, dengan melatih Kepala Sekolah sejumlah 743 Kepala Sekolah dilingkungan Wilayah Jakarta Timur dan Jakarta Barat, yang terdiri dari 374 Kepala Sekolah SD, 182 Kepala Sekolah SMP, 187 Kepala Sekolah TK, Wilayah.

dan Pada Tahun 2020, FKIP UHAMKA bekerjasama dengan P4TK dan BK kembali melaksanakan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah, namun dikarenakan Pandemi Covid-19, Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan Moda Daring, Peserta terdiri dari Kab. Labuhan Batu Sejumlah 13 Kepala Sekolah, Kab. Serdang Berdagai 4 Kepala Sekolah, Kab. Tapanuli Selatan 3 Kepala Sekolah, Jakarta Barat sejumlah 70 Orang, Jakarta Pusat sejumlah 28 Kepala Sekolah, Jakarta Selatan 7 Kepala Sekolah, Jakarta Timur 101 Kepala Sekolah, Jakarta Utara 14 Kepala Sekolah, Jumlah 240 Kepala Sekolah yang dilatih oleh FKIP UHAMKA pada kegiatan Diklat Penguatan Kepala Sekolah Moda Daring Tahun 2020.
