Perkuliahan tatap muka sudah mulai terlaksana di Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA (Uhamka) dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan yang ada. Hal ini membuat fasilitas dan beberapa titik kampus dipenuhi oleh mahasiswa. Tidak hanya sekedar untuk duduk dan menikmati jajanan, namun kegiatan seperti kerja kelompok pun menjadi hal yang biasa.
Semenjak perkuliahan tatap muka aktif, fasilitas di kampus mulai banyak dipakai oleh mahasiswa misalnya fasilitas Wi-Fi gratis yang hadir di seluruh wilayah kampus FKIP Uhamka Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Tidak heran terdapat beberapa spot area luar ruangan yang dirasa cukup nyaman untuk belajar, dipenuhi oleh mahasiswa sebagai tempat untuk berdiskusi dan kerja kelompok. Nah, berikut adalah beberapa titik spot area luar ruangan kampus FKIP Uhamka yang biasa dipakai oleh mahasiswa untuk mengakses Wi-Fi.
- Selasar Gedung A
Lokasi ini berada di dekat pintu masuk kampus FKIP Uhamka Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur. Berseberangan dari masjid, dan ada di belakang papan reklame dan logo ‘I LOVE FKIP UHAMKA’. Banyak mahasiswa yang duduk sambil mengerjakan tugas di depan laptop.
“Iya betul kak saya sering duduk disini, kebetulan disini juga sangat nyaman,” ujar Ayu, salah seorang mahasiswa Uhamka, Jumat (14/10).
Tempat ini lumayan luas meskipun tidak disediakan bangku dan meja tempat ini termasuk salah satu titik spot yang menjangkau akses Wi-Fi gratis dengan kecepatan internet yang bagus.
“Menurut saya sebagai mahasiswa yang selalu menggunakan Wi-Fi kampus, tempat ini menjadi sangat nyaman ditambah fasilitas Wi-Fi yang tersedia disini sangat lancar, bahkan untuk mengupload tugas video tidak memerlukan waktu lama. Terkadang saya juga pernah melakukan zoom meeting ketika ada kegiatan yang mengharuskan hadir melalui online,” tambahnya
- Selasar Pekom
Di belakang Gedung A, tidak jauh dari parkiran dengan sedikit tanjakan terdapat Selasar Pekom (Pendidikan Ekonomi). Lokasi ini menjadi salah satu spot favorit mahasiswa yang biasa digunakan untuk duduk menikmati makanan dan minuman, dan belajar bersama. Kursi, Meja, dan Stop kontak telah tersedia agar bisa digunakan oleh siapapun dan kapanpun.
“Saya sering pakai wi-fi di kampus, mengenai apakah sudah memenuhi kegiatan dalam menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran apa belum, menurut saya sudah memenuhi karena di tiap sudut mendapatkan wi-fi dan mudah di sambungkan,” ujar Bagus selaku mahasiswa aktif program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Jumat (14/10).
- Bengkel Sastra
Setelah Selasar Pekom, berjalan lurus ke depan kemudian belok kiri kita dapat menjumpai Bengkel Sastra. Tempat yang biasa dikunjungi oleh mahasiswa untuk berdiskusi, belajar, beribadah, dan sebagainya bisa dilakukan disini.
“Selain untuk tempat berbincang biasanya bengkel sastra ini juga dijadikan untuk tempat latihannya Komunitas Van Der Wijk. Selain itu, bisa dipakai untuk diskusi dengan dosen,” ujar Viona selaku mahasiswa aktif program studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Jumat (14/10).
Bengkel Sastra ini terletak di ujung belakang Rusunawa, namun pihak kampus tetap memperhatikan tempat tersebut agar dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa. Terdapat kursi, meja, komputer, printer, alat musik, tempat penyimpanan barang, alat ibadah, stop kontak dan AC yang dapat digunakan mahasiswa.
“Menurut saya pribadi, sudah optimal meskipun letaknya berada di belakang, namun pihak kampus masih memperhatikan. Jadi bisa dimanfaatkan dengan baik” sambung Viona.
- Kantin

Selain beberapa tempat umum yang bisa dijadikan sebagai spot untuk belajar dengan wi-fi yang bagus, terdapat fasilitas kampus yang sudah dibuka kembali sejak perkuliahan secara offline, yaitu Kantin. Lokasinya berada di area paling belakang dan tidak jauh dari tempat parkir motor. Spot area ini terdiri dari warung yang menjual aneka ragam makanan dan minuman terdapat kursi, meja makan, dan toilet laki-laki dan perempuan. Sebelumnya, kantin ini pernah dipakai untuk latihan teater mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia dari bulan Mei hingga Agustus tahun 2022.
“Dulu saya sama teman-teman pakai tempat ini untuk latihan teater dalam mata kuliah pementasan drama. Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan didukung fasilitas yang cukup lengkap. Dan Alhamdulillah juga saat ini sudah lebih baik tempatnya sebagai kantin yang juga terdapat fasilitas Internet, jadi saya juga sering mengerjakan kerja kelompok disini bersama teman-teman,” jelas Davia, Senin (24/10).
